The Back to School event is a community effort that provides school supplies and clothing assistance for families in the Shoreline School District who are living with a low income and/or experiencing circumstances in their life that make it challenging to prepare their children for going back to school in the fall.
Assistance with School Supplies
The annual Back to School event will not be held this summer but students can still get help with school supplies. Each school will receive donated supplies for students whose families are experiencing financial hardship. These will be available before school starts. Contact your school’s Family Advocate to ask about how to pick up supplies. Look here for contact information for your school’s Family Advocate (click for list)
Note: Family Advocates will be off for the summer but will be back to work before school starts. If there is not a Family Advocate listed for your school, please contact the main office.
If you would like to support efforts to provide school supplies for students, you can make a donation to the Shoreline Public Schools Foundation.
